North East Early Childhood Intervention Program

North East Early Intervention Program- (NEECIP) – is a voluntary program for children who have a disability, are developmentally delayed, or at risk of delay.  Our consultants make two visits each month to the child’s home where educational resources are used with the child and lent to the families to help develop the child’s skills. The parents are active partners with early childhood consultants. NEECIP also offers Mom and Tot groups, Toddler groups and Preschool programs for all children.
